Terms of Service

By accessing and using Smart Trade Forex ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Smart Trade Forex regarding your use of our platform and services.

Smart Trade Forex is a fee collection and multi-level marketing (MLM) platform that provides:

• Fee collection services (admin fees and membership fees)
• MLM referral system management
• Commission distribution and calculation
• User payout processing

Important: This platform does NOT provide trading signals, trading activities, or investment advice. All trading activities remain exclusively on your chosen broker's platform.

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

Admin Fees: 20% of your chosen investment amount, paid once during registration.

Membership Fees: R500 flat fee, paid once during registration.

Payment Method: All payments must be made in USDT (Tether) via TRC20 network.

Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and processed.

Our 5-level referral system operates as follows:

• Level 1 (Direct): 10% commission + 30% of membership fee
• Level 2: 3% commission + 10% of membership fee
• Level 3: 5% of membership fee
• Level 4: 3% of membership fee
• Level 5: 2% of membership fee

Commissions are calculated and distributed automatically upon successful referral registration and payment.

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral system

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Using automated systems to manipulate the platform
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal activities
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Smart Trade Forex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Trading losses on external broker platforms

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be immediately revoked
• Any pending commissions may be forfeited
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
